  • Had to pay for the service call after getting an outrageous quote to install a capacitor of almost $600 dollars !!!. It took them 15 minutes to put it in and they installed it before I had a chance to even refuse the work. After saying no go, they pulled it out, charged me for the service call and left. Another company did the same job for $200. Talk about soaking your customer....
