  • I stayed at Mandalay Bay for a conference and ate at Bayside Buffet twice, for lunch and for breakfast. I'm not one to be eager eating at buffets when in Vegas but this offered good bang for the buck! Not the biggest or fanciest selection but it does the job with providing a convenient, satisfying meal. Compared to other buffets, I think the saying, quality over quantity, applies here. The best part is that it was a quick option. Our team chose Bayside for both meals due to time restraints between meetings and this was the obvious choice without having to sacrificing time waiting in lines (or taking orders).
