We started to have issue with our wifi connection, it would just turn off and we would have to restart or unplug it, but sadly minutes later we would have the same issue. We called customer support to schedule a technician to come out and fix the problem, we agreed on a Friday between the hours 8am-12pm time shot.. Friday no one showed or called so a little after 12pm I called to see what was up ... they said they couldn't get in contact with me???? I kept my phone by my side no missed calls even walked outside a couple time .. no one in sight .. so they lied ?? so we decided to reschedule for Sunday which was their next available date, so I took it , same time frame.. guess what they never came .. so again I'm calling trying to see what up .. we are paying for something we can't even use... do you think they cared about any of that NO... long story short we discussing canceling the service.. internet is very important to a household with students and working from home parents.. overall a big disappointment.. still nothing resolved.. they said whatever to not take the blame, they'll argue to prove a point... even when your still calm ...horrible
