  • Really slow customers service I got there 1 am and it was probably 5 people ahead of me and I didn't get the car until 2:15-2:30 am. Not even that I called and confirmed with them ahead that I can use my debit card for deposit nothing said SS needed. The women who worked there almost refused until I needed to pull up my company's emergency credit card and let my boss know in advance already piss off but I assuming the person just do their job. However she even tried to upgrade me with selling bs insurance that I don't need and not necessary but I told her that I already had it cover she shan't care and kept trying until I told her straight up and she stopped after that and let me rent a car.
