  • I took my little sister here to get balayage. She has naturally light brown hair and has never colored it before. We showed the stylist a photo of the balayage we wanted. She said okay and we ended up with tacky streaky looking highlights. I made another appointment with someone with more experience hoping to fix the problem. I was on my way to the 2nd appointment and called to let them know I'd be 10 minutes late. The receptionist let me know it wouldn't be a problem. 2 minutes later I get a call saying they don't have the appointment down and they don't have anyone to take my sister. So they accidentally deleted the appointment and weren't trying to take responsibility for it. Finally they just said "sorry we don't know what happened" and offered to comp the session and reschedule us for later. I agreed and came back later in the day. We again showed the new stylist the same photo and we are now left with hair that looks "dip" dyed and worse than before!!!! I am completely horrified of this look. I can't believe that is what their "more experienced" stylist thought balayage is supposed to look like. Don't waste your time and money at this place! Clearly they do not know how to do balayage.
