  • I am a Diamond Member and I have been disappointed with the service here. They ran out of umbrellas - even for their top guests - on a crazy rainy day - the heater did not work and the first "engineer"did nothing to fix it and then they had apparently gone home so they offered to switch my room at midnight - I asked instead for a space heater to no avail. And they did not remember to replace the towels properly and a few other issues which is not as I would expect from a Hyatt Regency. Location is most of what they have going for them.....I would probably not return.
