  • It's a small burger joint located in a run-down shopping center of Chinatown, and that's what makes it a hidden gem. The Japanese fusion burgers are awesome, and you can't get anything else like this anywhere else (that I know of, and I'm from LA). They combine juicy burgers with Japanese ingredients such as furikake or pickled ginger. Definitely stop here if you're in Vegas.
