I brought in my mother's Cadillac several months ago for a relentless brake squeal on right rear. I also mentioned to Brian that the car may need a tune-up as I wasn't sure when my mother had replaced plugs. He pulled the tire, inspected brake assembly, then indicated the drum was warped from getting too hot...so he backed off brake shoes plus sanding the hot areas (no further squeaking to this day) and while the car's in the air he checked a couple spark plugs. Brian stated the car's plugs were fine and commented that unless the brakes start squeaking again not to fix what's not broken and spending unnecessary money. He charged NOTHING for the above work! My mother was surprised and happy!
Today, my 2000 Maxima needed a/c work and tune-up. Dropped off the night before so they could work on it right away in the a.m. (due to summer temp's). Oil change/tune-up/add Freon... Fast and fair prices! My cousin was impressed with cost and stated they will be bringing their Lincoln to Slaughter. I grabbed a couple biz cards when I pickup my car. Great job guys! Word is going out! :)
