  • Horrible experience! A wasted 2 hours renting a truck hey wasted 2 hours renters truck to bring my grill home only to find out there was no ramp and there's no way for me to place the grill in or out of the truck. That should have been told to me prior not after I've paid for everything. I had to have everything backed out it was a mess that should should've been avoided had the sales people listened. Listening is a skill and that is one skill lacking with your staff thankfully Walmart listened and they got the business
