  • I wish I could give Centurylink 0 stars!! This is by far the worst internet provider I've ever used lol. I'm literally writing this review using my data because my wifi just randomly shut off??! My internet goes out about two+ times a day. And, if it's not out itll take about two or three minutes for things to even load:) Every single time I've called Centurylink for help (mind you these calls have lasted as long as 3 hours) they always tell me I have an odd looking account that experiences problems they've seen before and don't know how to fix. Never have they offered services to SOLVE the problem. Really inconvenient for a college student who relies on the internet to complete just about all my assignments. I really don't understand why I'm paying for high-speed internet if I NEVER get to use internet at all (still using data btw). Centurylink, can I give you my parents' contact information so you can explain to them that I use all my data every month because your service sucks?? Thanks! If you can use any other internet provider other than Centurylink, I strongly recommend you do so:)
