My Boss called to have her dryer looked at. My boss is a small business owner and she spends 14 hours a day at her office starting at 7 a.m. She gave out her work number to be reached at and missed the original phone call from the technician. She was told a technician would be at her house between 10 - 2. The appliance repair man showed up at 8:50 a.m. and left a note. My boss called the company back to see if she could catch the repair man before he got to far and left a message. The owner is a woman and she was the person that returned the phone call, from the second I answered the phone she was very hostile and rude. She picked a fight with me and yelled her way through the whole conversation. I had asked her to please calm down and stop being so confrontational and she kept yelling and said that I was the problem. In the end she said that she would give the phone number to the technician and that he might be able to stop back. Though to be honest I don't have much faith that she will pass the phone number on.
