  • We stayed here for about two nights. The rooms were clean, but one thing management does need to do is check the rooms before the customer first goes in.. The door lock was broken. The elevator smelled like a locker room. Their was no microwave or mini fridge in the room which I thought was odd The carpet in the room looked new as well as the bathroom accessories. No mold in shower. The pool was nice clean. The walls however made the room look dated as the humidity was peeling/bubbling the wall paper it was not a good look for a Hilton Hotel! We ordered room service the food was ok nothing special. My main issue was in the morning, their was a knocking noise that woke me up. I called the front desk they said they would have someone check it out.... well 20 minutes of the same noise woke all of my kids up. Not cool. A hour went by still same noise.
