  • Hired this company to weekly maintain a spa on a rental property. The weekly maintenance was fine until my tenant called and said there is rust in the spa and the water was dirty. The spa cover needed to be replaced and it was causing the rusty water. We promptly purchased a new cover. My issue is, the rust was there for a couple of months and no one called us to let us know. We asked this company to drain the spa and the owner Jeff stated the filters will be acid washed and the water will be changed with startup chemicals. We went to inspect, all they did was change the water and still evidence of rust remained. The filters were not cleaned, nor was the pumps primed so the spa did not work. (not priming could cause the pumps or motor to freeze up when the spa is in a running mode) When we met Jeff at the property, he stated his crew ONLY do chemicals, they don't report any problems such as ours- HUH? Your Joking-right! He did prime the pumps and get it going, however I still do not know if he put chemicals in it. His attitude became poor and he stated he doesn't make hardly any money to maintain spas and he maintains 1500 pools and only 5 spas. Gee, we were taking advantage of him! We will have to check until we can hire someone else.
