  • Customer service saves the day! To update my previous review, I have to say that there are few places with this level of customer service. About a year had gone by before the owner, Patrick Molyneaux, had contacted me about this. I really did not expect to and figured this issue was long forgotten. I spoke to Patrick directly and he assured me he wanted to make this right and let me determine what I felt was a fair course of action. I had given it some thought and after a couple of email exchanges, my request was granted and Patrick made good on his promise! I have plans to work with Molyneaux in the future and am sure to have a seamless installation and great customer service. Thanks again, Patrick, for standing behind your business and never forgetting your customers!
