I have a limited edition MB fountain pen which I wanted to have the ink flow adjusted, such work could be done easily and inexpensively by any reputable nibmeister around the globe but I choose to go to the official service ( which costs multiple times the cost of the other alternative) because I want everything flawless with the pen.
However, I have to go back to the store four times and the issue only get worse: I have to go back to the store and resent my pen to the service center 4 times and not only the pen's ink flow was no where improved to my preference, there the service center made a scratch on the nib and the store manager is no where positive in helping me resolve such issue.
