  • Worst service ever!!!!!!!! Melissa was so rude to my girlfriend and my self over the phone. She is the definition of bad customer service. I understand you get upset customers but truly, Melissa, your terrible at customer service. People get the cars towed and you have the nerve to say "that's not my problem to deal with" You really must be unhappy to treat people the way you do. My experience here couldn't have been worse. How rude! 520.00 later i get my car back. These guys are truly bottom feeders, scum. Thank you for absolutely NOTHING.
