| - If all you read is this first sentence, don't be fooled by anyone at this property. This place has been the biggest nightmare of my life and every other review is completely correct.
If i could give negative stars i would...Since the first day of moving in i experienced a complete disaster of a property. The day i was suppose to move in my unit was not ready. I was only told once my lease was signed and i was handed my keys. The Area Manager Sabrina was there and let me know there were a lot of things missing and not completed but they would be handled the next day. No one was there to do a walk through with me so i was told if i had any issues to call. I walked into a unit and had the worst odor. It smelled like there was a flooded or some kind of water damage and you could still smell it. I had 3 missing face plates around the unit, my fridge wasn't working, i had no screens on any windows, there were no closet doors in the spare bedroom, the door to the spare bedroom did not close because it was not a correct door, the master bath was missing the tub the drain, the dryer did not work AND DIRTY FINGER PRINTS ON ALL THE DOORS WALLS. I called the office right away and was told the cleaners haven't been inside the unit and that maintenance would start getting things fixed asap. They fixed the fridge and that's it. A week went by and NOTHING....Shocker... I had called the office again and they brought out the face plates to the plugs. Two weeks went by and i called again. I told them I wanted to meet with a manager. So I met with Sabrina again, she acted like she would get everything fixed and it would all be okay. She broke my lease for me and put me on month to month. However after a week nothing had been done. I gave my 30 days notice and till the day I moved out nothing was ever done. I turned my keys in and gave a forwarding address. Never got a letter, or any notification of anything. 2 Months later I a collection notice for 175.00 for unpaid expenses. I called and went around in circles with everyone and came to find out a deposit was never applied. I owed a balance of $5, I walked into the apartment and paid it by personal check. Now 2 months again i get a call from the collection company telling my that i have a rental debit in a delinquent status. To cut it short about 2 weeks later, 15 calls, countless emails back and forth from Sabrina stating i never paid it, it has finally been handled.
So if you are looking for a home this is not the place, the Area Manager is a Joke and so Is the office manager. That Place should not be in Summerlin but down on Boulder Hwy Because it is trash. Save your self the headache and move to Spectrum!!!! They are awesome!
