  • I've been going to Ideal Physician Weight Loss since early March 2017. Unable to lose 30 pounds of weight that I gained back from 70 lbs. lost 5 years ago, I found Ideal through Groupon and thought I would give them a try. They have the Modified Protein Sparing Fast to follow which has been very successful for several of my friends. This diet has worked great for me- with weekly weigh ins, appetite suppressants and B shots, I have lost a little over 40 pounds. I wish I had taken my measurements when I started and before/after pictures. I really didn't think it would happen so easily to be honest. The staff is very helpful and friendly, my appointments are mostly on time (sometimes a brief wait) and Dr. Villares is approachable and laid back. The office has lots of cosmetic treatments like Botox and fillers that the doctor does himself (not a nurse as in most practices)as well as bariatric and cosmetic surgery. There is a surgical suite on site. My friends and clients have noticed my dramatic change and I have referred them to Dr. V without hesitation. Following a diet isn't easy and maintaining it is even harder, which is why I went there in the first place. Ideal offers free lifetime maintenance and that will keep me on the path this time. My eating habits have completely changed and I have learned how to make better choices for my body. Ideal Physician Weight Loss has been a game changer for me.
