  • We have stayed here several times and have never been treated so badly. First on arrival we were told we had to check in through a window on the side of the building in the sun and heat with no shade. We were charged a deposit which we never were before. While paying with credit card.Then on return to the hotel in the middle of the night we were chased down by a man in the parking lot. Who had no identification to show that he was from the hotel, and asked to see our parking pass before we were ever parked. He then watched us park and get out of our car and walk to our room. On calling the office i was informed he was the manager when asked for the general manager i was told he is also the general manager. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!!!! Unless you like being harassed by the manager why the prostitute 3doors down gets left alone I suggest you stay at the Howard Johnson or America's best on the east side of the strip. I give this hotel 1 star only because I can't leave a post with no stars.
