  • Waste of time.......scheduled yearly physical with Dr. Ortega along with pain I was experiencing with hand. She is very friendly but perhaps too bubbly in personality. My visit consisted a whole 10 minutes. The only physical contact she gave me was looking in my ears, throat and mouth as well as stethoscope on my back. She not once looked at my hand but instead referred me to a specialist that just today, two and a half weeks later I was given the name of that doctor. Mind you, they were suppose to call me with info. She is not very thorough with her exam and the staff is incompetent. I had blood drawn and was given appointment for 7 weeks to get results! If you are looking to feel comfortable about her personality then you went to the right doctor, however there is no professionalism whatsoever. I might add that I have been in the medical field over 40 years and have never seen a practice like this.
