STAY FAR AWAY! The worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life! I just recently leased my Kia Optima from here and I will NEVER lease with these people ever again...and neither will my friends, family, or company. I walked away with the car and continued to get harassed and continually called three weeks after I was driving the car for more and more paperwork they "forgot" to ask me for. On top of the harassment they threatened to come take the car away if I didn't answer in a time frame that they deemed fit. I sent off an email to the sales manager who helped me, Will, about my dissatisfaction, and of course heard nothing back. I went into the dealership because my license plates had not come in the mail yet and my temps were expiring and Will greeted me. I asked him why he had not responded to my email and he said, "I have washed my hands of you" EXCUSE ME!? I have never been treated like such trash by any company in my entire life. This company is terrible and their employee's have no pride in what they do. I have contacted Kia and am looking forward to see how they take care of this.
