rev:text	I wrote a review on google reviews and I see today that they had it removed!! I know bad reviews aren't good for business, but it's only fair that people know as much information about a place as they can before they trust themselves to your care! So here I go again, letting my experience be known to others. I'm not saying all their services are bad, I just had a bad experience myself. I walked in and they were very pleasant, I told Grace that I wanted my bright blonde hair dulled a bit at the top to a kind of dirty blonde. She proceeded to haphazardly take bits of my hair, tease it, and then put the dye and foil on. She didn't even section my hair into parts. She then left me with that heat thing spinning around my head and went to attend to another customer, leaving me there with my scalp burning. This just made me feel rather neglected. When the foil was taken off, I was in shock... my hair was DARK brown! I hoped that when they washed it it would be lighter, but as they starting blow drying it I realized that wasn't going to happen and I started crying. They then proceeded to try and fix it by putting bleach in my hair and washing it again, but this did not help at all, and some of the blondes parts looked sightly green. I let them blow dry it out, and didn't say anything, I payed them and left. i'm not one to confront people, but I was really mad about the job they did. I then proceeded to the McDonalds on the corner and went to the bathroom stall to cry. I was sobbing. This was by far the worst hair experience I have ever had!!! And I can't believe they removed my other review!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE FOR COLOUR!!!
