  • I brought my 11 month old here for some labs. I was expecting a couple pricks on his fingers or feet. Instead they put a needle in his arm. Maybe that's the way it needed to be done. But I'm giving them 2 stars because she stuck the needle in and dug around looking for a vein in his little arm. Then instead of putting a wrap on his arm she put the tape. Which is the hardest to get off. A bandaid would have been better On the positive side we didn't have to wait long to be seen.
