So I'm all about the customer experience. You could have the best wine and cheese platters in the world if your customer service isn't up to par then you lose my vote. Came here after work with some friends and we were having a great time until our interaction with a server named Gianni. His tone and attitude was really rude and uncalled for and honestly spoiled our evening. We ended up asking for the check and just left.
Note to management please explain to Gianni that if the tone and manner that you're speaking with customers causes the next table to turn around and listen you're probably doing something wrong.
