  • the shuttles need to be improved, clearly marked stations w/benches and sensible routes that take people all over the zoo and not just up to the primates and down to the elephants. you need a shuttle that criss crosses as well. the walk up the hills to the swan lake is ridiculous (not for me, but) for older family relations that are not exactly wheel chair ready, but not spry like they used to be. Also, need some major training of the refreshment staff, yeah its only a summer gig, but can someone please smile, greet people and say hello, please and thank you? Where are the rangers, there should be at least 2 or 3 on foot patrol or bikes during peak times. The animals are beautiful of course, but the management should up up up it.
