  • I went here because my primary doctor was out of town and a respiratory infection made me feel like I had been run over by a truck- far worse than any cold I've ever had. The provider, who wasn't even a doctor, just a nurse, told me I had a regular cold and it would pass, even though I said I felt much worse than how a cold usually makes me feel. (I presented with vomitting, a fever, severe fatigue, and a chest that rattles!) Well, I just got back from my regular doctor and as I suspected it turns out I have pneumonia. My primary doctor says my lungs are filled with fluid from the top to the bottom, my heartbeat is too fast, I have a fever and my oxygen is too low. Yet, when the nurse at the urgent care listened to my lungs, he said they sound fine. What kind of provider misses something like that? Basically I gave carenow $150 for nothing. I could have received treatment for pneumonia sooner if the provider knew how to examine me or listened to my concerns. The facility is clean and the wait time was quick, but given the quality of care I will likely never return here. Don't waste your money!
