  • My coworkers freaked out when I led them to this establishment. Bars on the windows and not in the best neighborhood. After they took their first bite, their minds changed and they calmed down! Carolina's is amazing. I had a fantastic tamale and enchilada combo plate with deliciously seasoned rice and beans. This is the first establishment where I've ever had horchata on tap! Yum. Don't be scared, try Carolinas!
