  • First, I must tell you I am always weary of quesadillas because I can't see what is in them! I ordered the Thai dilla and could eat this with my eyes closed as it was just that good. The chicken was high quality and the sweet Thai sauce paired with jalapeños was to die for! I dipped my chips in the sauce that spilled out, it was that good. This food truck cares about their food and you can tell in how they make it. My coworker had the steak and blue cheese and was raving about her meal too. We have about three food trucks that come to our work each week and this has been the best one yet. I think I run the risk of being a Luncharados groupie and following this food truck on the road! If you see this truck, grab your wallet, run and get in line!
