Don't fall for the high pressure sales ploy I fell for. In order to get the discounted sales price I needed to put down 10% deposit the day they came out to give me a quote. They would not allow me to have the night to think it over without the price going up. So I gave them my credit card. Then after discussing with a contractor and my husband we decided to cancel the order the very next day. They bounced me around on the phone for over 40 minutes. Said I would receive my refund within 7-10 business days. After not receiving my refund, I called customer service again to find out that they never released my refund for processing. So now it will take another 12 business days to get my refund. They demanded 10% that day, then take over a month to return it...THAT IS JUST CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
Follow up: After posting my review I received a call from the corporate office, and my refund was processed today. I do appreciate that it was finally taken care of, but still disappointed that I had to go through such measures to get my refund to begin with.
