  • EPIC FAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT use Chaz Turner or Turner Group Real Estate for ANY business unless you want to to be hoodwinked by broken promises and deals and unethical clients like the James Smith family. Any plans you made after dealing with anyone of the above will ruin future plans you have set in motion and as a result of their empty promises, handshakes, and contract in place. Know that Chaz Turner cannot close a deal while Leslie Turner provides endless excuses in support of Chaz and his lame clients, NO CLASS James Smith family! Sellers beware of this family from Chicago, they will back out for NO reason except for cold feet. Make sure if you do take an offer that you ask for at least $3000 earnest money and remove the 10 day due diligence discovery clause or they will get their earnest money back and cause you to lose the home you wanted to buy! So if you think your deal is set with earnest money at the title company, think again, this group will fail somewhere in the process. Don't do business with any of these people or you WILL be disappointed because their WORD is NOT their bond. All I can say is hopefully karma will pay them back and it will.
