I experienced TWO young men today by the names of Richard Leuvano and Rudy England!! They were BOTH helpful and professional even when it meant that neither would get to sell a new vehicle to me.
I appreciated both of their enthusiasm for their job as well as their knowledge of the Jeep line.
The reason for my visit to Chapman today was a service apt on my 2013 Wrangler Unlimited. AND I MUST SAY that DAVE FLORES is SUCH a DELIGHT! He shared with me today that he has 30+ years with Chapman as a service guy! WOW! I hope they pay him OUTSTANDINGLY! He deserves it :-) He keeps MANY customers happy. Me being one of them!
