  • Almost a one star review after two failed attempt to pick up a couch at their location. On the first attempt we were told the pickup date was a mistake and the item would be ready the next day. Next time we returned (more than a day later to rearrange a truck and two people) we were told we could not pick it up because we did not have the company card we paid with it on us. Fortunately an irate call lead us to "Maria" who made things right. We need more people like Maria who possess common sense and an ability to promote a positive brand image for her employer.
