  • If we had a Real House Wives of Green Valley, this is where they would go. It's pricey but totally worth it. It only has 2 rooms which sucks but even with my crazy schedule I can find classes! My friend gave me 2 months here for a birthday present and I haven't been so excited. Instructors: BEST IN TOWN! They are willing to help you. I never fear asking questions or help. They are available after class to talk to them. I even asked in class for them to go over a position one more time and the instructor came over to show me exactly. They are motivational and inspiring when they go through the class. They keep you focus and remind you to breathe, focus, or push yourself farther. But never father to hurt yourself. Just to challenge yourself. Rooms: The candles and music make it so tranquil. I love it. It creates and ambiance of tranquility. I prefer to be close to a mirror to watch my poses and adjust. You will sweat so I recommend bringing a towel for your mat (avoid slipping) and another to wipe the sweat. MY FAVORITE STUDIO IN TOWN!
