  • The worst service I've experienced inside a hotel/casino. We were recently working the Latin Grammy Awards at Hakkasan, and this place was close by, so we tried it. I did not expect a hispanic speaking person to take my order, and then an asian person who barely spoke english to ring me up and take my money for 3 sandwiches that totaled $60.00. The food was plain, the service was terrible, and I will never ever go back to this deli.
