  • I have wasted more than than I can count on lab results that were not reported, prescription refills, referrals to specialists, documentation for employer and insurance. Dr. Tran, Amy and Dr. Magnus have very poor people skills and I beg anyone reading this post to seek treatment elsewhere. Procare Medical Center attempts to conceal the incompetent actions of their staff. Office manager Jennifer is employed for C.Y.A. services and will not act as a patient advocate, even when she is aware of problems. During a routine appointment and screening, I overheard Dr. Magnus discuss my information and make fun of me while I waited for an exam. I was being treated by Amy. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
