rev:text	Had a great experience with these guys recently. I had dropped my external hard drive and it stopped working. I needed to recover info on it and get back into the having-an-external-hard-drive game quickly. Dominic and Simeon did a quick diagnostic and gave me a reasonable quote (I checked with my computer badass buddy and also googled around for other rates) for recovering the data + selling me a new drive. They were able to start work on it the same day, and were all finished within a few days! They were able to recover all my data, which is great. The thing I particularly liked was their great communication - they texted + emailed multiple times each day whenever they had an update or question. It's great to be kept in the loop and to feel like customer service is a priority. I'd definitely recommend these guys to anyone with computer issues!
