  • I haven't been to this Kohl's since 2006. Now I'm glad I never bothered to return. Horrible customer service is still rampant. Regardless of whether it is Black Friday or not, the "Yes we can" moniker should still stand. If you know that it is a holiday sale, all of the store's registers should be open. Not just for the select few. I mean really, who RETURNS items during a Black Friday sale?? I wish I had gotten that associate's name. Corporate would be hearing from me. But since I didn't, I'll console myself by appreciating the money I didn't spend and the Yelp rating I'm giving. Service is never this bad at Kohl's where I live.
