  • To be honest, one star is the lowest I can give on Yelp. I would give no stars if possible. We rented a van for a week and signed a contract stating how much we would be billed at the end. When we returned the vehicle we were charged 200$ more than the quote. When we asked about the charges we were told BS excuses and random acronyms. After talking for about one hour and teaching them basic math, we were finally able to pay the correct amount. Worst car rental ever. I would highly suggest any other car rentals instead.
