  • To my surprise....this was the best BMW location I have ever been visited. Chris is very nice and polite. This location has everything you need while you're waiting for your car; (Wi-fi, TV, snacks comfortable chairs, shuttles to the mall) they even clean your car and vacuum it when they're done. The location is clean comfortable organized and convenient unlike several other BMW dealers I've frequented. There was only one thing that made me feel uncomfortable; his name is Evan. Evan (in the service department) was quite rude and unfriendly to approach, he did NOT make me feel welcome upon entering the premises. Other than that ....thumbs up and 5 stars!
