We contacted this company to help with a roofrat problem last year. We selected them because they have a large local presence and seem to be quite professional. We signed a very expensive yearlong contract (over 1K) and anticipated full resolution of our problem, as that was what was promised to us. The first few months of service were great, but then we started having challenges scheduling appointments, reaching a manager and the rats weren't gone. It took weeks of calls to finally have a territory manager call me back - and fortuntaly he was able to refund all my money. I do not want to slam this company, I may have had an isolated bad experience, but I think it's important to be honest. We sought several other companies' opinions following this and received entirely different information and pricing. I know roofrats are a very tricky issue and it's hard for a company to 'guarantee' they will always be gone, but I felt I was promised the moon and then it was never delivered. I think the root of the problem is a disconnect between sales folks and the actual techs who know the business and your home...Needless to say, we have switched companies.
