  • This review is for an employee. Not for Smith's, but for a very special employee. His name is David. You can't miss him in the evening, when you come in - he's right there, in the front, saying hello, handing your basket, asking how he can help. But that's the part that blows my mind! The fact that he asks is rhetorical, because he's ALREADY helping you with that extra bag or handing you a shopping cart or doing whatever you need. And Homeboy FLOWS. It's honest, it's sincere, it's effortless, it just loses out of him. David IS Mr.Customer Service!
