We celebrated our father's bday and had a delicious dinner (ask for any special seasonal menu which they don't offer if you don't ask.) For dessert one guest ordered the lava cake. The waiter brought one out with a candle and placed it in front of Dad. We sang, he began happily eating it. When the person who ordered the cake asked if theirs was forthcoming, the waiter said - we had to have something to put a candle in, that was yours. Really?? They charged for the cake and gave Dad a box of truffles at the end of dinner as his bday comp. Not classy and rather uncomfortable. Sorry Flemings. That was not up to par.
