  • To start this review, for anyone looking for a new vet for their animals... YES, this is the place to go! My partner and I initially went to University Animal Hospital for a second opinion after our 11 year old dog was diagnosed with Cancer. In the following months we had numerous visits and have since switched fully from our old vet to University Animal Hospital. In his final days and the weeks that followed, we received the most respectful, loving, compassionate and professional service. Any expectations I had were far exceeded by the staff in the way our family was and continues to be treated. At UAH, we have always seen whatever doctor was most convenient with our schedule, no preference on any particular person. In every single experience we received timely, professional and thorough care. Towards the end of our beloved pets life we were in the facility numerous times with little or no notice. I was comforted by their ability to quickly get us in and broad hours of service, beginning early in the morning and going later than most, 7 days a week. Finally, I don't think you could ask for a more competitively priced vet. This is by no means the reason I love and will continue to go to University Animal Hospital, but it does make the decision to seek professional care easier. I owe a VERY warm and gracious thanks to the staff.
