  • I've visited this location twice in the past year. I have to begin by saying that the people working the desk have been very cordial and helpful and the massages I've received have been satisfactory. However, the first massage I booked ended up with a no-show on the part of my therapist. I waited for about 30 minutes then the helpful people at the desk said they were going to provide a free massage for me and they needed to reschedule. I was a little inconvenienced, but I appreciated the effort on their part to make things right. The massage I received as a follow up was a good one. Today I went in for a prenatal massage. I was booked at 8am and showed up at 7:53 knowing I had some paper work to fill out. I entered the room around 8:05, spoke to the therapist and disrobed. Since it was a prenatal massage I had to lie on my side, so there were some supportive bolsters on the table. When the therapist came back in the room it was 8:11. She said I was lying on the bolsters wrong ( no explanation was provided) so she left the room for me to adjust. I adjusted quickly, but she didn't come back in until about 8:17. This was meant to be a 1 hr massage. She finished up at 8:53. This was after the last 10 or so minutes of the massage was just her rubbing the same spot in my back repeatedly with what felt like minimal effort. I mentioned this to the desk clerk when I came out to pay. My total "hands on" time was only about 36 minutes. She said I should have had at least 50 minutes of hands on time. This was very disappointing. She provided a new member rate of $55 and I still tipped because I don't want to be difficult, but I won't be visiting this location again. I'd rather drive to another location after the experiences I've had. Hopefully this won't happen to anyone else, although judging by some other reviews I'm not alone in my experience. I genuinely hope they are able to remedy this for future customers. ***Edit : I was contacted by the regional manager via email today with an offer to try services at the same or another location. I appreciate his efforts to keep me as a customer. I will be taking advantage of this and hope to have an improved review in the near future.
