This place is across the street from the ROM and is upstairs (which was hard for my grandmother; she's 89 years young).
The write-out-your-own-order was a first for me, but it may eliminate the need to tip, so you can save a couple of bucks there. I recommend getting a lunch special if you want the most bang for your buck. Try to resist sitting near the window; the view isn't worth getting cooked by the sun, especially in the afternoon.
Getting a server's attention is pretty tough and I agree with another reviewer about the huffiness you get when you ask for something (an extra plate, more water, etc.). I'm sorry, but bad attitude = no tip.
