| - I read all of the comments, and I can ASSURE the negative reviews are absolutely NOT my experience with this 7-Eleven store!! You know---before I even THINK about writing a bad review for someone's business, I always like to talk to: 1st, the sales clerks; 2nd, I might have to include management, as well. And THEN, I give the business an opportunity to address any problems that I might have. I don't air my complaints here first!! The phrase that you get much more with honey than lemons seems very applicable here.
I go to this store almost every day because I live close by. Everyone has been awesome to me!! I'm just saying that compared to a 1 or 2 time visitor, I have a much better picture OVERALL for this particular 7-Eleven. I'd like to especially give a shout-out to the sales clerk named Pam. I've been in customer service for 30 years combined working for the airlines, (Alaska and British Airways), Sony and Microsoft. I'm only saying this to let whoever is reading this that I recognize great customer service when I am on the receiving end! Pam is very courteous, friendly and helpful! I haven't had even 1 negative experience. People like to complain behind the anonymity of the internet, and are 10x more likely to complain than to recognize & compliment great customer service. So---I'm complimenting everyone at this 7-Eleven now! Note: No one asked me to write this--in fact, they don't even know that I am. I was just searching for their phone number via Yelp and read the comments here. SOOO--Awesome job and kudos to those who work hard. I am very happy that you are located so close to me!!
