  • Horrible customer service. We wanted to live in the apartments and we worked with them for a month just trying to get in touch with our leasing agent. It was impossible. They told me I couldn't talk to anyone but the guy who gave us the tour. It was ridiculous that no one else could help me. We thought we had an apartment until we called again a week before we had to move in and they said they didn't have an apartment for us. They couldn't contact us earlier?! Luckily another apartment came through for us it was night and day. I would not recommend these apartments!
