  • 5 working days later and my item ( needed for an event tomorrow) hasn't even been processed! Wth? They state 1-2 days processing and up to 4 days shipping. It should be arriving tomorrow at the latest. And no email to apologise for the delay. Nothing. I had to write to customer service. "We have more orders than usual...... Blah blah blah". You have my money! If you can't hold up your end of the contract you're a fraud. Don't enter into business. Shop somewhere else. I certainly won't ever shop with them again. Don't B.S your customers ssense
