  • This location is the worst pet store I have ever stepped foot into. No matter what time of day I pop in there there is always stuff in the isles that makes it difficult to get down or around. The floors are always dirty. The people that work there are not professional in looks or personality. Most importantly, the animals cages are not taken care of as they should be before the doors open to the public. I only go here if I have to do a quick run from home. Other then that I go to other locations. I have complained to the stores general manager, the district manager, the corporate office, and PETA. Thing we're improving for a bit and then it all has gone south again. Disgusting..
