  • Be careful. I thought this was a great shop until I realized what they are doing to their customers. I have purchased many items from them including the magnetic closures for the Kumihimo. The cost of these style closures were $2.65 each. When they were out of them the last time she said she would order for me. I ordered 10. I received a call on the answer machine telling me they were in. When I got there she said "Oh by the way the cost went up and is now just over $5.00. First I do believe they jumped it too high too fast. Second and most important......when a customer orders them at the price they were at that is what that customer should pay. Then tell the customer the price has gone up for future ones and let the customer decide if they want to go back for more. Also I drove there for nothing as I didn't have the cash needed for the increased amount. At least they could have said something on the machine before having me drive there. The response from the girl when I told her I couldn't buy them for that was "oh don't worry they will sell". Well she sure did loose one customer that spends way too much in her store. And I will also inform my group of what has happened. I am the one that told them to go and check it out and now will have to tell them to be careful. I did tell one that went with me two weeks ago and she said no she will never shop there again. I think they are getting too money hungry. This is why these smaller shops are closing. I will now purchase online. Just a note......found very similar closures for $1.99 and no shipping!
